Profile:

Hello, my name is Victoria Aguilar. I am the editor for the Spanish section of the newspaper: La Esquina Latina. I’m usually a quite person unless I’m with my closest friends or with my family. My commitment to God takes up a big part of my life. I go to bible studies about 4 days a week including Sundays. I enjoy singing therefore I’m in the San Mateo High School choir. My favorite movie would be The Book of Eli with Denzel Washington and even though I don’t watch television too much, I enjoy watching the Tyra Show. Writing is something I’ve been interested in ever since I can remember, that’s the reason why I joined journalism this year. It’s been fun writing for the newspaper so far, but I would like to influence and persuade our Hispanic students to be more involved so we can make La Esquina Latina more interesting.
