The 88th Oscars aired on February 28, 2016. The most anticipated Oscar’s nomination was best actor in a leading role, which Leonardo Dicaprio received. Although he had never actually won an oscar, it was his 6th nomination. “Stutterer,” a 12-minute short live film by Benjamin Cleary and Serena Armitage, is about an online romance. The typographer’s thoughts are heard in voiceover, which makes it appear that he is actually a clear-thinking young man named Greenwood. His stutter is no barrier to online chats with his “girlfriend” Ellie. Trouble in paradise begins when she decides to surprise Greenwood by traveling to London and inviting him to meet her.   Charlie Puth made his first huge appearance in the pop industry with his extremely successful song “See You Again.” He co-wrote the hit with Wiz-Khalifa and it appears in the March 2015 movie Furious 7.   Harry Potter fans rejoiced on February 10, 2016 when JK Rowling announced that an an eighth Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I and II, is set to be released July 31.
