Sports Puns Marc: Why was Cinderella so bad at baseball? Ankur: Why? Marc: She had a pumpkin for a coach!   Why did the police officer go to the softball game?… Some stole second base!   Marc: What’s the difference between a high-hit baseball and a maggot’s father? Ankur: What? Marc: One’s a pop fly. The other’s a fly pop.   “Did you hear the joke about the fast pitch?”…  ”Forget it. You just missed it.”   What do runners do when they forget something? They jog their memory!   I used to have a fear of hurdles, but I got…

March Madness

This year’s NCAA tournament was one of the greatest tournaments of all time. Many player’s brackets were busted after the first round because of the wild upsets that occurred. No one expected Michigan State losing in the first round or expected Hawaii to beat University of California. Some lower D-1 schools  reached the tournament for the first time in their school history. While schools like Cal State Bakersfield made their first appearance in the tournament, Yale shocked the college basketball world by defeating Baylor University. This March Madness was also filled with buzzer beaters like UCONN with the half court…

The Coed Varsity Badminton team made their best effort but weren’t able to successfully defeat Mills’ strong team on March 1. The team, however, has not lost hope and, with incredibly passionate players, believes the game is not all about winning. “I…
