Striving for Their Goals

The baseball team is getting ready for another season. This year SMHS will have both a varsity and a JV team, unlike last year where there was only a varsity team. Ryan Fujinaga, 11, said, “I like having two teams more, because it gives the freshmen and some of the sophomores some time to prepare for when they make varsity. Basketball Jumps Into the Action

When the winter season comes, so does the basketball season! San Mateo High’s basketball players are getting suited up for another season, hoping to make it far and working hard to improve their skills.
